Scope of Work
Every project starts with a written estimate outlining what we’ll do, how long it will take, and what it will cost. If you need to add anything later, no problem — we’ll update the plan and pricing together before moving forward.
Payments
We require a deposit to get started (typically 50 % of the total). Final payment is due once the work is completed and approved by you. Need a payment plan? Just let us know — we’re flexible.
Scheduling & Delays
We always aim to finish on time. But if weather, permits, or material delays happen, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Your peace of mind matters to us.
Your Role
All we ask is that you provide access to the work area, keep the space safe, and let us know of any concerns. We’ll handle the rest with care and respect.
Warranty
Our work is backed by a 1 year workmanship warranty. If something goes wrong because of how we built it — we’ll make it right. We don’t cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or changes made by others.
Photos & Portfolio
With your permission, we may take photos of the finished project to showcase our work online. No names without customer approved — just the amazing transformation.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible. Please note: deposits and materials already purchased are non-refundable.
Disagreements
We’re committed to solving any issue with fairness and professionalism. If there’s a dispute, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it directly with you before anything legal is needed.
