• Operational assessment under the WISE Method™

WISE Contract Intelligence™ is not an equipment manufacturer.

Depending on the selected solution, equipment, maintenance, installation, financing or technical support may be provided by independent third parties.

3. RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES

When the implementation of a solution involves:

• Equipment suppliers

• Technical service companies

• Financial entities

• Lessees

The client may enter into separate contracts directly with such third parties.

Ontos Holdings LLC:

• Does not control credit decisions

• Does not guarantee financial approvals

• Does not assume responsibility for the contractual performance of third parties

Our role is structural and strategic coordination.

4. DIAGNOSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Any diagnosis, analysis or recommendation provided:

• Is based exclusively on the information provided by the client

• Does not constitute formal legal advice

• Does not constitute financial advice

• Does not substitute for review by the client's lawyer or financial advisor

Final decisions are the sole responsibility of the client.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Ontos Holdings LLC will not be liable for:

• Operational interruptions caused by third parties

• Technical failures of equipment provided by third parties

• The client's financial decisions

• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

• Indirect, consequential or special losses or damages

The total liability of Ontos Holdings LLC, in any circumstance, will be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the services directly provided by Ontos Holdings LLC.

6. WARRANTIES

Unless expressly stated in a signed contract, all services are offered “as is”.

Specific warranties related to:

• Equipment

• Technical service

• Financing

Will be governed by the corresponding contracts with third parties or specific agreements signed with Ontos Holdings LLC.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The WISE Method™, the name WISE Contract Intelligence™, the structural frameworks, texts, concepts, educational materials, analyses and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Ontos Holdings LLC.

Its reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use without written consent is prohibited.

8. USE OF THE WEBSITE

Use of this site implies acceptance of:

• Not using the information for illicit purposes

• Not attempting to breach security systems

• Not reproducing content without authorization
